Television is a passive medium and yet it makes us feel like we&#039;re &quot;doing&quot; something...unlike Kundalini meditation, where we don&#039;t look like we&#039;re doing much, but in fact we are. Thanks so much, for commenting and to @occupyyoga for helping me and others explore that paradox at Liberty Park. M</description>
